Hi everyone, my name’s Alex and I’ve joined the Plusnet Social Media Team! I’ve been working at Plusnet for just over 2 and half years now and my area of expertise include billing and technical queries.

Outside of work I play video games, listen to podcasts and audio books and watch anime. Often all at the same time.

I’m looking forward to helping you all out and I guess we’ll get to know each other over the coming weeks.
