Been a PlusNet customer for years but only just started trying to use the forum.

I can't post a question into the Fibre section, my post keeps getting immediately rejected.  is there some minimum criteria to reach before I can post a new message?  Couldn't see any rule about this in the rules section.

They have been caught by the spam filter - probably because of the content
