Hi all, 

Just a quick introduction from me..........

I'm Andy, I manage one of the Social Media teams on our Leeds site. I've been with Plus Net around 8 months. My aim is to provide great service to our customers through a positive customer experience.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
