Good morning!

Hi guys, I'm Jess. I've been working in the high level complaints department since June last year and just made the move to Social Media.

Hi Jess,

A warm welcome to the social team and the forums ... that's a brave forum name though!!  At times, staff have to suck up a lot of grief here! 😥

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
