 I guess I should introduce myself as well, for those who don't know me!

I'm Chris, I've worked at Plusnet, just coming up to 5 years now. I've worked in various different roles:

• Technical Support
• Broadband & Home Phone Faults
• Business Support
• Digital Care (now known as Customer Relations)
• QA
• Software Engineering

As you can see, there's nearly a department that I haven't worked in yet

I'm currently part of a team that deals/handles with updates/changes/improvements that we frequently roll out to our live platform, and have a hand in help make that process better!

Been told I am going live on Valentine's day. I hope so because Sky have told me thats when they cut me off.
