So I'm Owen, the newest member of the Social Media team
I've just undergone 10 weeks of technical training as a new member of staff at Plusnet and can't wait to get started.
Prior to Plusnet, I worked on Customer Services, 1st Line Tech, Complaints and Social Media at another (much smaller) ISP and am really looking forward to seeing how it's done at one of the big firms.
Whilst I have previous Social Media experience, I'm fairly new to the whole forum scene so your patience is appreciated while I find my way around.
