Re: Unstable prefix delegation

If you are getting so many drops then yeah you may have a fault.  In terms of the v6 prefix I'll have a chat with people on Tuesday, looks like an issue with the new BNGs/Radius.

Re: Unstable prefix delegation

Just to confirm - I also had a new v6 prefix when on the BNGs.

Re: Unstable prefix delegation

Hi
I expect everyone on the trial will have.  We'll add it to the list to look at.

Re: Unstable prefix delegation

I think we've found the issue.  Anyone on the trial with a static v6 address will have the same problem if you hit one of the BNGs.
If its an issue for you please just disconnect and reconnect onto an AG.  We'll get it fixed but it may take a week or two depending when we can fit it in.

Re: Unstable prefix delegation

Just so you know we haven't forgotten about this, its being worked on but its a bigger bit of work than we first thought so may take a little longer to fix.

Re: Unstable prefix delegation

Thanks for the update Paul. Personally, I've ended up having to write a script to monitor the current prefix and update config/DNS as required. It's ugly but it'll do for now!
