Plusnet have actually gone downhill with IPv6 - they appear to have reached the heady heights of 0.5% IPv6 a few years ago (guess this was the trials), but then dropped off. https://stats.labs.apnic.net/ipv6/AS6871
Then look at https://stats.labs.apnic.net/ipv6/AS12576?a=12576&c=GB&x=1&s=0&p=1&w=15 and see how other ISPs are doing.
I wonder what IPv6 capable means? E.g. I in my router do 6in4, so it goes out over the IPv4 WAN, but is routable to IPv6 addresses. So does this make me an IPv6 user?
