withold my number/ex directory

hi can someone help?Huh
im a new customer and when i signed up i requested to be ex directory and have my number witheld and was told this would be done as soon as my line was made active, it has been active a couple of weeks now and still my number is available and number shows when i call out.
how can i get this sorted????Huh
