why hasnt my line being activated yet? there saying there may be a problem but not heard anything can any 1 help me please

Hi there,
It's because your direct debit hasn't activated yet - as soon as it does we'll be able to get the order placed. If you add credit card details to your account we'll be able to get it placed as soon as those are on there and we can take the initial fee though.
