what type of call dialing restrictions available please?

Hi,

I am on a anytime calling package, but I notice time to time I get charged for someone in the household dialling a mobile phone or be on a call over 60mins or dialling international numbers. Can I cap this kind of outgoing calls please? Some mobile phones has this capability so wondered if any similar things available on landlines.

We keep all our most commonly called numbers stored in the phone as its easier when it rings it speaks the name of the contact. The issue we have is kids sometime fumble with the phone and they tend to dial the numbers from phonebook which we are tying to stop costing us.

Train your kids & or get handsets with pin locking.

I knew someone is going to suggest it. We have trained kids and phines have parent lock. The issue is we cant train friends' kids.

This is not just kids we adults also accidently dial international or mobile phones from phone memory.

Plusnet customer servicea helped me barr the international and premium numbers. But no luck with other activity like mobile numbers etc.(outside allowance)
