voicemail

I dont want this feature as it doesnt give me enough time to get to the phone. Ive tried everything to disable it with no success. Could someone in customer services do it for me. Thanks

Rather than trying to disable it have you tried removing the feature in the Phone Calls control panel?
Click View then the Call Features tab.
By default you get the Add Call Features page. Click Remove Call Features in the headings to change to that page.
Tick the Voicemail checkbox and click the remove features button in the right-hand column.
