voicemail

Hi is it possible for my Voice mail to be switched off please, I did not activate it or requested it be switched on and have only today noticed that I had messages on the service.

I have my own answer machine so the plusnet voicemail service is not required.

Just give cs a call. It can be taken off though it takes a few days. Same happened with me-our lass works from home and the company she works with doesn't allow you to have voicemail on your line. It gets put on automatically on the BT end with any line with it as its a free service they assume you'll want.

Thanks just seen that this can be done in the control panel now. just got to wait up to 3 days for5 it to be switch off.

It's usually a lot quicker than the quoted 3 working days to add or remove call features.

I can see it's been removed 20 minutes later. Thumbs_Up

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
