useless BT

I am at the end of my tether with BT. Now my landline is not working and its going to be thursday before its fixed this is on top of the broadband issues. BT are a waste of space and are a law unto themselves.I have 5 engineers in my property

Really sorry to hear about the issue, but I'm glad to hear that a fix is under way at least.
I can see this issue has been ongoing for a while but I can see my colleague on the complaints team is doing a good job of keeping you updated.
