with the current problems i tried to un-move away and renewed my contract but that failed and you pulled the plug on my BB yesterday. And the new suppliers' router works so ive got my BB back.
But the phone number hasnt moved - i cant get incoming calls on my old phone number.
It matters particularly because I'm an NHS consultant anaesthetist and am a bit busy ATM and all sorts of people have my phone number for contact. And distributing a new number could be problematic ATM and not getting hold of me could be problematic. And i live somewhere quite rural and dont get a reliable mobile signal
So any chance of freeing up my phone number so it can go to the new provider ?
