unable to buy caller display

Hi there having a little issue with purchasing caller display when i select it it tells me there was a problem and to contact customer services so i do and there stumped to has anyone else had this issue ?

I've just checked your account and I can see that you have a phone fault open, that may well be preventing us from ordering call features for you.
