two home phones

I have two phone lines. I have Plusnet BBYW and home phone on one. Other one is a BT voice line with no broadband connection. Can I move this second line to Plusnet home phone?

As far as I am aware you can but it has to be done manually. 
Best thing to do would be to PM Mand and ask.

This can be done, but has to be done manually, and requires two separate accounts (as you can only have one Home Phone service per account).
