turn off 1571

Hi, I'm having trouble with turning off 1571 voicemail. It is not showing as active on my account but, it is so can't disable it. Seems to be a common problem any ideas?

Appears to be sorted following call to Plusnet Technician, apparently 1571 was not active on my Plusnet account, that's why there was no option for me to remove the 1571 service however, it was active on the BT Openreach side of things. Technician removed this. Now have to wait 3 days for this to cross over to Plusnet
