touch tone not working

since moving to plusnet the touch tone on my phone will not work to any other number but plusnet, called plusnet and they said it was not the line and they have never heard of this happening before and to try diffrent phones, i have tried 4 and still not working.it is so annoying as every company you call you have to press 1,2 or 3 to get though.

Can you hear the tones when you press the button ? If you call a friend or mobile and press a few buttons, can you hear the tones ?
If you don't hear tones but a series of clicks, your phone may be set to pulse dial rather than tone (unlikely if you have tried numerous other phones though).

Welcome to the forums.
Just to be crystal clear here - are you saying that you can dial out to any number without issue?
The problem arises when you encounter an interactive voice recognition system (IVR) that none of them work apart from,PlusNET?
Is there any echo on the line? Is it noisy? Dial 17070 option 2.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
