telephone features problem

I am a new plusnet customer and my phoneline was activated 20th April.  I called customer services and asked them to activate my voicemail.  I am now trying to implement caller id but I am unable to do so because there is a message saying that an order is being processed (voicemail) and shows yellow as to be activated.  I have been able to use voicmail for over a week now so it has been activated.  Could someone look at my account and let me know if it has stuck somehow.
