An odd item appears for call to 123 cost 33p it has happened 5 times, over afew months any ideas?

Why do Plusnet charge 33p when BT Retail charge 31p?

Because Plusnet call charges are not the same as BT's
It's listed here: http://www.plus.net/home-broadband/tariffs/ under 'Fixed Fee call rates' ('Timeline').
