Hello - hoping someone can help
Under the recent call tab on my account I can't see any calls, why is this and how do I go about seeing my recent usage please?

Hi Katie,
Sorry for the confusion here.
You are looking in the correct place, but for some reason, your telephone number wasn't registered on our internal database when your order completed.
I've added it on now so the calls will start filtering through. Usually they take around 24 hours to show on the system.
Also, just to confirm we won't be backdating the previous calls.
