ran out of funds

I overspent my credit limit and reinstated it by+£100 -- Plusnet said they would reactivate my phone line within a couple of hours.
So far no help -- cant contact them -- they say response time of 7hrs 35 mins
NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Hi there,
The order has been placed and is currently with our supplier (ref PLP275324). It will complete shortly, and you'll be emailed to let you know that your outgoing calls have been reactivated.
I'm sorry if someone set an incorrect expectation here.

Your own publicity on Plusnet states that if the funds are replenished by up to 3 o'clock Monday to Saturday the telephone will be restored within a couple of hours.
Nobody set any expectations with me because for three hours I couldn't contact anybody. the message on thephone suggested I dial 2 to contact an advisor and it
didn't work for three hours.
Thanks to Tom, a sympathetic advisor, who eventually took the problem and drove a resolution.
