"You can't change your products for the moment" after changing product

Hi,
I recently changed my phone service online, to pay an additional £8 for all landline and mobile calls.
Since then I get an error message:
An error has occurred
You can't change your products for the moment, you already have a product change in progress.
Please help.

A call plan comes in to operation on the billing date after it's applied for. Have you had a bill since you opted for it?
