A week ago I bought "Call Divert" yet my phone (landline) still tells me that this service is unavailable. As a large chunk of my monthly income may well depend on my ability to forward calls from my landline this , you will understand, is somewhat important to me.
I received no confirmation email to tell me that the function had been activated but checking my 'phone control panel' I see that it has. So why can I not use it? Reading past threads here I see that it might be because it was only activated as 'admin' not 'client'?
Ps.How very helpful, towards those of us with hearing impairments ,of Plusnet Customer Disservice to disable chat and refuse to reply to tweets/DMs.
