price comparisons

Am I missing something here,or does it seem that Plusnet versus BT comparisons do not take into account the fact that BT charge VAT on the quoted prices but Plusnet appear to be VAT inclusive.
Perhaps someone will be kind enough to explain where I am going wrong in my calculations.

Our £9.99 and £15 prices do include VAT, if that's what you were asking
