You can add Home Phone to any broadband product, including the on you're on.  If you follow the link in Jim's post above. you'll find that you can get a £5/month discount for 6 months.
As for free minutes - it's not so much free minutes as inclusive callls.  On the £9.99 package all your evening (after 6pm) and weekend calls up to 1 hour in duration per call asre included (for calls to 01, 02 and 03 numbers).  The £15 package gives you the same deal but all day, every day - not just evenings and weekends.
On both packages you still have to pay for calls to mobiles, 0845, 0870, 09xx, etc.

The page actually offers the discount for 3 months, not 6.

It's three months on Evenings and Weekends, six months on Anytime Plus.

This has been covered in the Home Phone Help forum.
You need to raise a ticket requesting this and agreeing to a 12 month contract.
Unfortunately this can't be done automatically.

As for free minutes - it's not so much free minutes as inclusive callls.  On the £9.99 package all your evening (after 6pm) and weekend calls up to 1 hour in duration per call asre included (for calls to 01, 02 and 03 numbers).

According to the FAQs, the inclusive calls on the Anytime package are limited to the first 240 minutes per billing period (presumably per month).

Calls to standard UK landline numbers beginning with 01, 02 or 03 for first 240 minutes of billing period

Re: plusnet phone deal? help needed please

The Anytime package is a legacy package which has been replaced by Anytime+. (IIRC it was actually replaced by evenings and weekends, Anytime+ was always there).
Anytime+ has no restriction on the number of inclusive minutes.  Inclusive calls can be up to one hour in length, standard rates (3p/min) are charged for the time over an hour.
The same applies to the evening and weekends package during evenings and weeknds - weekday daytime calls being chargeable.
