Hi. We switched our broadband and phone to Plusnet recently(unlimited fibre with unlimited uk&mobile calls). The new broadband is great BUT the phone hasnt come back. When i run the phone troubleshooter it tells me that "Our checks show that your phone service is with another provider. To fix any problems you're experiencing you'll need to contact them."
Trying to call Plusnet customer services from a mobile gives us a long waiting list(which it advises is for vulnerable customers) and recommends we use this forum. Any ideas please? We're both keyworkers and really need the phone service for work.
