phone problem

Hi ,
Anyone know what the timeframe is to getting a no dial tone problem looked at , raised a ticket but have no other way to contact other than broadband which is working fine still.
Only just less than 2 months changed phone from B.T after 25 years of nearly trouble free service besides line / wire upgrade etc not sure what to do here with no other way of contacting , tried the usual different working phone in here straight to  master socket , my phone in brothers  but hes 5 miles away now and I have no mobile   Sad
strange thing is broadband is fine still showing good speed been with plusnet for months broadband and I know how faults there get sorted via a ticket but hows it work now I have phone with them too , used to do an online questionnaire with BT as far as I can remember where it did a line check etc ,before logging it nothing like that here ?

Big thanks for the fast repair all sorted by the time I got home without even needing to get in  Smiley
