I notice the telephone numbers to call to cancel my package are 0800 or 0330 numbers. I would like to know if there is an ordinary landline for PlusNet as I do not believe I can call these numbers from my mobile....I might be wrong
thank you

Both numbers are chargeable on most mobile networks, but the 03xx number will be included in any inclusive minutes if you have them. Although it won't help you, 0800 numbers will be free on all mobile networks from June next year.
Given that you've posted your query in 'Home Phone', presumably you have a landline that you can call from though?

I see you've contacted our cancellations team now and been able to arrange the closure of your account/
