Hello, yet again, after my last moan !, I had a reply asking me to give 3 time slots for a visit and a mobile number, plusnet already have my mobile number as they manage to txt me when I cancelled my payment, [ just to see if they are still alive ], that was on Saturday, [ 4 days ago ]. Still I have no news of a visit from an engineer, how does a firm that spends so much money advertising trying to get new customer's, get away with treating its old customers so badly ????.
Hi @bigGW, I am really sorry that your ticket had no reply since Saturday, our faults team will usually respond within 72 working hours, if you message us over here on the forums when you have added a response on a ticket, we will gladly pick it up.
