Ok. So a tree broke our phone line. Trying to call support from mobile but wait time is over an hour even at 11.30,pm
Off line for a few days now. Customer support via phone is obviously non existent.
Reported to opereach who say tell your provider. Can someone raise a ticket pm this? What sort of timescale are we looking at for a fix? Thanx

Sorry you had issues getting through to us. I have raised this to our suppliers for you, as this is classed as external line damage they do not immediately give us an estimated repair time. Our Phone Faults team will check back on this shortly and will keep you updated on ticket 81391806 and via text message.
