phone line problem

hello everyone. this morning every-time i try to phone someone their line seems to be engaged . Iv tried plusnet but they are engaged aswell. iv used 3 different house phones and its still the same.

have you tried phoning your own number from a mobile

just got a friend off facebook to do this and its also engaged .

even 141 is engaged. id wish someone would help . im really in a situation here and this is my only way of contacting anyone.

Is your broadband still working correctly?
Could you use a VOIP service to make any urgent/important calls?

VOIP is basically using your broadband to make telephone calls:

VOIP also includes Skype.
