phone dead

Phone line dead in house. Incoming callers are told number is engaged. Broadband OK How do I report a fault ? Very expensive on my mobile because of delay in answering !

@sara1 calls to 0800 numbers are free on mobiles.

If you prefer to ring it is am 0800 number. These are now free on mobile

Sorry to hear your phone isn't working.

Our tests aren't showing any issues with the line.

Can you confirm you've gone through all the steps here?
