phone + broadband new customer

I have now placed an order to restart the stopped line at your property and this will be complete on 26/11/2015. As soon as the phone line is active we can then place your broadband order, which will take a further 5 working days to complete.
Does that mean the broadband should be working by Thursday when the engineer comes through?

I've checked your account for you and unfortunately it looks like there has been a delay in placing your broadband order. I do sincerely apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.
Your order is now progressing and is expected to complete on 08/12/15 any time up until midnight.
As you have signed up for ADSL, an engineer will not be required to activate the service.

Nope, it takes another 12 days to get broadband once the engineer has been.
