just noticed on my most recent bill that I have been charged £3.27 for a 20 minute local call after 7pm, afaik I was or am on the evening and weekend package, surely that can't be right? £3.27 😮  could someone have a look at this for me please.

Hi there,

I'm afraid the package you're on is Plusnet Weekends, not Evening and Weekends.

This has the following features:

UK landlines	Inclusive at weekends
Non-geographical numbers (0845 & 0870)	Inclusive at weekends (Calling cards, indirect access and dial-up Internet numbers are excluded)
Plusnet to Plusnet calls	Inclusive at all times
Calls to Plusnet support	Free at all times

Is it a number type not covered under free calls?
You can see number dialled in your Account details/Phone Calls tab.
