Can i please have an update on my order? My landline was supposed to be installed on 16DEC. Appart from being told my order has been passed on to every department in PlusNet, I have not had an update on what is actually happening. Can you just be honest and tell me, if you can't provide me with a landline, so i can get a refund and go with someone else? Leaving me sitting in the dark is just not fair! Just tell me if it is going to take a while to figure out!
Hi there, Basically our suppliers have raised your order to their cabling contractor as some work needs doing before they can complete the order. Unfortunately those contractors are further being delayed by the highways agency - I suspect access is required somewhere that'll disrupt traffic. That's led to the delay, unfortunately we won't be able to get any further updates until the 14th Jan which is when the contractor's cabling work is due to complete (or at least, it's when we're due an update on the order status). We'll let you know as soon as we get that information, and sorry for the delay.
