Every time i ring out my number comes up ,how do i stop this ,there is nothing in the control panel i can see to do this

Welcome to the forum.
'Permanent Withheld' is available by request, and a PN staffer who sees this thread will take it on board.
Once in place, CLI can be released on individual calls by prefixing with 1470.
Meanwhile you can withhold CLI on individual calls by prefixing with 141.

I tried to have our number withheld permanently and was told this facility wasn't available with plusnet. please help.
