number changed

I switched from BT  TO PLUSNET and seem to have had my phone number changed wasn't told about it now annoyed as if I cant get my old number back will have to contact loads of people for change of number have had this number 47 years and have switched providers many times without this problem.

I've just checked up on your account and it looks like you've got your original telephone number back?
