I have fibre with plusnet but my line is with BT so not sure if need to post in here, anyway the crackling scratching noise as been on the line for days now but my fibre speed is fine not dropped, any thoughts on this thx
Hi darklight, As we are not the phone provider I would suggest that you contact BT regarding the noise on your phone line. If your Fibre service starts being effected then please let our Faults team know so that they can investigate this.
