Whats the deal plusnet?
Wednesday I logged a call about my home phone not working, i've chased three times now!!

Phone is now back up and working, the fault was outside the property.
However I am only seeing half my broadband download speed, 36.53
Can this be looked at?

I've jus ran the BT Wholesale Speed Checker and I am seeing the following:
Download speedachieved during the test was - 57.66 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speedsis 40 Mbps-62.12 Mbps .
Additional Information:
IP Profile for your line is - 62.12 Mbps
What is more concerning is the "IP Profile for your line is 62.12Mbps"
This surely isnt correct, I was getting close to the 70Mbps before my phone line went dead

Still getting no where with this.
Before my phone line went dead I was easily getting in the 70s
I have now plugged the router direct into the master socket and I can see the line only sycning at:
