no phone line for two weeks

i have been without phone and broadband for two weeks, and was promised an openreach repair team today. They did not show up.

i have hearing difficulties, so rely on broadband to keep in touch with my family (i am over 80). I have a mobile but struggle to use it compared to my tablet device (I also have artritis in my hands which makes the small buttons on a mobile very difficult to use, and as its a PAYG, its also very expensive)

I have no real way to contact the helpdesk, and rely on relatives visiting ang getting them to sign onto their phones and type these messages.

I was promised that any updates would be done through my son, who is now named on the account, but noone has contacted him with any progress either.

I feel let down, and I dont like relying on the good nature of relatives just to do basic things for me.

please, if you can help, then please keep my son updated
