I have recently signed up to plus.net after good reviews ... now i have no phone line and they want to charge me for the privilege to receive my calls on my mobile. When i was with other providers before and had a phone line issue they just redirected calls until the problem was fixed. estimated time for them to look at the issue is tuesday 4 days away!! really do not find this acceptable. why cant they just remove the divert charges once the problem is fixed? If you pay for a service you expect to be able to use it. maybe I have made the wrong decision moving to plus.net. anymore problems and will have to take it further. anyone else had issues???
