no phone line and no responses feeling unloved

Hi I m a new customer my phone line was supposed to be connected by today but nothing is happening I still don't have a phone number and I can't get any update on progress. Online support is ignoring my questions and phoning I get crazy waiting times I frankly don't have time for.  Help please?

Unfortunately the PN staff don't usual patrol the forum over the weekend and will probably pick this up on monday for you, probably the best solution is to give them a call.

I should hold off until tomorrow as the lines are probably overloaded because of the broadband glitch which has just been resolved
