no line saver option?

I've just moved from bt to plusnet for my home phone, but didn't see the option for line saver when I signed up (added the phone package through the upgrade product page).
I've read through the FAQ and it states that I can activate line saver through the change product option. I don't seem to have this option. Is it just really well hidden or do I not have this option for a reason? Huh

You should find the option in the Member Centre when you select 'Phone Calls' (under the 'Communicate' Heading - top left of screen).

Hi there,
It should be active as the order's now complete (you can't order it until the phone goes active) - please let us know if you're still not able to add it?

Thanks for the replies, the option appeared in the end. As did my itemized billing.  Smiley
