Hi,
Can someone check our phoneline as there is no dial tone & if someone rings, when we answer nothing can be heard.
I have done the check to the master phone socket whereby you remove the front cover to access the phone port behind & removed all other things that are connected but still no good.
I have also tried a normal wired phone but still no joy.
Presume there is a fault on the line?

It does sound like you have a possible break in the line - do you still have internet ? If so have you done a speed test ?
Often when you have a break in the line, the broadband continues to work but at a lower speed.
Don't forget to raise it as a fault by ticket as well (or by phone) as it may be quicker than waiting for a reply on here if the staff aren't manning the forums over the weekend.

Hi,
Have raised a ticket about this fault.Broadband is working if a little slow.
Just have to wait on Plusnet about rectifying fault.
