hi there,i just realy pissed off,i was on the phone for 96:35 minutes allready and no one can finde whats going on,thats include 31:23 min waiting someone from cancellations!!!can someone do something about it???broadband rubish to,was on 80/20 now geting 40/20 wtf is going on PN??? I see its time to all of us move our service to more realyble provider!!!

Hi,
It's unclear what, if anything has been done to resolve your fault, but more importantly you don't provide details of the specific fault that you are experiencing. If this is a phone fault, it needs to be resolved before your FTTC is. If you could provide us with more information here, or on your account, we can investigate further for you. At the very least, we need to know the symptoms which you are experiencing before any further advice can be given.
