no dial tone

I have received texts, emails and letters saying my phone service has started.
I am not getting a dial tone. I have been on the support pages and my line has been tested a number of times and I was told the line was OK. The support keeps going in a loop. A couple of days ago I had a working phone and broadband. Now I have neither and am not too impressed with Plusnet. It doesn't encourage anyone to switch.
