no dial tone

hi I have no dial tone or Internet and my neighbour also on Plusnet has nothing, the service status shows no faults? can someone check my exchange WILLASTON thanks

I can see that you've recently been in contact with our support teams who have logged the fault with our suppliers. They have advised of an estimates response time of 28.04.2020 23:59:59.

we have no dail tone, in Shavington , just keeps saying line in use.

PlusNet can you check shavington too please. we have no line, it says … line in use … when I try to use phone

Openreach cut a cable on Friday and didn't finish moving to a new one by the end of the day so they went home. hopefully they will be back on Monday, this was at bottom of greenfields
