very frustrated wit plusnet no dialtone cant receive calls or make calls tried all suggestions offered on line no suscess cant get in contact oon phone not working!!!!!

You can report phone faults online at http://www.plus.net/support/phone/troubleshooting.shtml without needing to call us.
Although as your account is not yet active @emkirk12, this is not the same issueas the original poster. I'm just looking in to the orders now.
